Insoles feature an integrated arch for maximum support, an anti-fungus and anti-bacterial treatment to prevent odor, air cooled comfort system to keep your feet dry, and variable thickness for greater shock absorption. Unequal® comes to you custom-fitted to your shoe size, so there is no need for you to hassle with measuring and cutting them like cheap inserts.

8. What shoes will the Unequal® Insoles fit in?
Unequal® Insoles are designed to fit most types of work shoes, casual shoes, and sneakers. They may not fit certain types of dress shoes like men's wingtips or women's high heels, or shoes which require corrective orthotics. To maximize the benefits of Unequal®, doctors recommend that you use Insoles in your shoes for work, sports, shopping, leisure and life. So put Insoles in your sneakers, work boots, casual shoes, even roller blades and ski boots.

9. My Unequal® Insoles are slightly to big for my shoes?
Unequal® Insoles are custom fitted to standard US sizes. In most cases, the Insoles will slip easily into your shoes. However, some shoe manufacturers vary their designs from US standards, which may require you to slightly trim the Insoles for a more comfortable fit and feel.

10. How do I trim my Unequal® Insoles?
Remember, trimming is only required in a few shoes as Unequal® Insoles are custom fitted to US standards. If you do require trimming, follow these instructions.

STEP 1: Place your left insole that you removed from your shoe on top of the left Insole, with its yellow side facing up. Make sure the two heels are aligned. Use a pen to trace an outline of your old insole onto the left Insole.

STEP 2: Use sharp scissors to carefully trim along the pen line. Repeat these steps for the right Insole. Only trim in the toe area. Do not trim the arch or heel area.

11. What should I do if my shoes are too tight with the Unequal® Insoles in?
You need to remove the old pair of insoles that were in your shoe previously.

12. My old insoles won't come out of my shoes. What should I do?
Your old insoles may be glued to your shoe. Just pry up from a corner and carefully remove the old insole.
